NoteWave Studio is designed to support local audio note workflows, with optional Pro features for shared projects and collaboration. This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed when you use the app, how that data is used, and what happens when you choose optional online features.
1. Local use of the app
Many core NoteWave Studio features work locally on your device. For local-only use, your audio files, notes, and projects are primarily stored on your device.
2. Optional shared and collaboration features
NoteWave Studio Pro includes optional shared project and collaboration features. If you choose to use these features, some data may be transmitted to and stored on remote infrastructure in order to provide syncing, project sharing, and collaboration across devices.
This may include project information, notes, collaboration-related metadata, shared audio references, and other content required to support shared workflows.
3. Account and sign-in data
Some shared features may require Sign in with Apple or other account-related authentication. When you use these features, account identifiers and authentication-related information may be processed so that shared projects can be created, accessed, and managed securely.
4. Third-party services
NoteWave Studio uses third-party service providers to support optional online functionality. This includes Supabase, which is used to support shared projects and collaboration features.
These service providers may process data on our behalf only as needed to provide app functionality.
5. What NoteWave Studio does not do
NoteWave Studio is not designed to sell your personal data. NoteWave Studio does not use your data for third-party advertising purposes, and does not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
6. Analytics and tracking
NoteWave Studio does not use tracking technologies for cross-app or third-party advertising tracking. If this changes in a future release, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Network access
Local-only use of the app may work without ongoing network access. However, shared projects, collaboration features, account-based functionality, and any cloud-backed syncing require internet access.
8. Data retention and deletion
Data stored locally on your device remains under your control unless you choose to remove the app or delete the relevant content.
